Ordered cheese streaks and a drink. 35-40 mins in was told food would be ready soon. Hour in drink finished and tender was... ignoring us so tapped on his shoulder while he walked around checking others and politely asked where our food was. This was ato go order. The response was ?first don?t touch me? I?ll go check? I?m sorry you thought I wanted to touch you. You?re shoulderwas so sexy I couldn?t resist tapping it. We just wanted our food. Not saying anything about the food but apparently they have a walkout fee (which I understand if people walk out but I did not)... I got charged $40 for a drink and fries I should have paid $9 for. I called and apparently it should be ?credited to my account?and I should ?talk to my bank.? If you are going to charge me $40 for a $9 meal you need to tell me before that happens.Absolutely ridiculous, ESPECIALLY since I wasn?t a walk out. Maybe just charge the people actually trying to scam you instead ofa local trying to get some good food. Read more
I love this place! Atmosphere is fun and staff is so friendly! The cheesesteaks are authentic Philly steaks!! It's super cozy... with only a few tables inside but outdoor seating is available too. Read more
This little gem was tucked away and we happened upon this place by accident and I am so glad we did. The cheesesteak was huge!... It was so flavorful, hot and fresh. The cheesesticks were also good. I love the decor in the place and it was nice and cleaninside and out. The server/bartender was very friendly and helpful when we asked for suggestions on what was good on the menu.When I am in Harrisonburg, Virginia again, I will definitely visit this place again. This was in Bridgewater at Generations Park. The owner was there, great guy very personable. Manager served us, he was great and... helpful. Food was delicious, location was clean and enjoyable. A great addition to Bridgwater and a new hot spot to eat at.Excellent location. Read more
During the last leg of our 15 hour road trip, we stopped off at this gem of a spot. We were traveling with our teeny tiny pup,... and even though restaurants in general aren?t pet friendly (obviously service dog friendly), they let us sit down and enjoytheir amazing Philly Cheesesteaks. It really was a genuinely nice gesture and I want you to know that it made the rest of ourride happy and full. My husband originally wanted to grab the Philly in Philly? lol? but we wound up in Philly in Virginia? andit was DELICIOUS ????. We got the ?Urgie?s Philly Special?. Really hit the spot. I got this pumpkin cinnamon drink that I forgotwhat it was called and was seasonal? but I wound up getting 2?. An appetizer dessert before dinner and dessert.
