The The Egg in the Bacon Gouda sandwich was Ice cold . I ask them to heat it up but they refused saying that they could not... heat it up because I bit into it . Thing is the sandwich was warm on the outside but not the inside that's why I thought it wasok . They did not offer to remake my sandwich either. This is the worst customer service I think I have ever experienced in mylife and I have been to quite a few restaurants in my life .. Very disappointing! Got my mobile order wrong they gave us the wrong size. Went up front I asked them to fix it and got a Lotta attitude from Girl... with blonde hair and glasses. Watched her dump our cup into a bigger size and just add extra ice. Also left out an ad on evenafter asking them to fix it. Terrible Starbucks experience Read more

I haven?t had any bad experiences at any other Starbucks, but this one specifically is the best because of how nice their staff... is (and of course, the drinks are good!!) I usually go through the drive thru and almost every time I do, there?s a staff memberalways making conversation with me. It?s always the highlight of my day :) Read more
Exceptional customer service. Very kind! (TL;DR - Grabbed the incorrect order, noticed 90 min later, my original drink was... still available on the counter, and THEY REMADE IT FRESH DESPITE THE TIME PASSAGE AND MY ERROR. ) I ordered a drink in house,grabbed it, worked on my laptop for 90 minutes straight, then took my first sip and tasted a flavor I didn't order. I went tothe counter, told them about the error, and the worker (very politely!) told me that I had grabbed the wrong drink. My originalorder had been sitting over on the counter for an hour and a half. Despite my original drink still being available AND the factthat this was 100% MY FAULT, they remade it fresh so that it wasn't watered down for me. Read more
Andrew the manager is very nice, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Taylor the barista is extremely rude and disrespectful... to customers. Not just me but others. Had a question and problem with a drink and Andrew fixed it. Taylor was condescending andjudgmental in the background the whole time Andrew fixed the problem. I understand working in the FnB industry. I've literallyworked it 10 years and managed about half if that. And it's not fun dealing with customer issues sometimes. But I was veryreasonable and respectful the whole time I handled my issue and its your job to just be kind for a few minutes around thecustomer. Even if you have to fake it. This particular Starbucks has EXCELLENT staff and service. I also feel like I'm bothering the staff with my order but the... barista that took my order was so nice and made sure my order was perfect. I understand now why my daughter and her friends callthis "their Starbucks" and frequent it often. Read more
