I ate here on 3 October 2022, I actually went through the drive thru. As always the service is great, fast and accurate. My... wife and I ordered the new adult Happy Meals, a little expensive I thought for those. Otherwise this McDonald's is outstandingfor food and service. Read more
By far consistently the slowest Mcdonalds I've ever experienced. The drive thru is always backed up and not bc they're... busy....they are really just ALWAYS that slow. The Sweet Tea has consistently tasted like bitter coffee water since day onethey opened. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile to Carlton street. Read more
I didn't think it was possible, but this McDs has the exclusive award of hiring the worst employee in the world. The young man... that was here for breakfast this morning could not have been any worse. Bad customer service skills. Literally stuffedeverything into a small bag. Had an attitude. Attitudes and Problems ... Everywhere I go to a McDonald's Here in Harrisonburg Virginia Why? I don't Understand. This... McDonald's has always been the #1 of All but as I tasted cardboard tasting biscuits and gravy that tasted like paste, I toldmyself no more Biscuits and Gravy from McDonald's. I think Y'all Need to Stick with BIG Mac's and Sweet Teas that's YourSpecialty not biscuits and gravy. I tried it. So sorry McDonald's. Nice, clean McDonalds with helpful, friendly staff.
Used to have great service. Then the pandemic hit and everyone got so laid back at work and no one wants to really do the job... they were hired for it seems like. Currently sitting in the drive through, it is wrapped around the building and only one laneopen. Taking orders at the rate of about one car every 6-8 minutes. This place used to be so fast, would be in and out in just afew minutes. It?s really gone downhill Read more
