The guy in front of me left mad because he had waited so long at the cash register and no one came to the front. The girl who... took my order wouldn't look me in the eye, then I gave her a $2 coupon and the money didn't come off. Probably the least organized Dunkin around here. Went today and had to wait 10 minutes at the speaker before anyone even... addressed that I was there. Totally understand that it usually gets busy but there was nobody even being helped and the drivethru line was completely neglected. Other than that the staff is very friendly. Just needs better managing. Read more

This Dunkin' was extremely busy when we visited. It's a Dunkin' so perfection isn't expected. However, a small amount of... thinking about what you are doing is appreciated. The staff stuffed our entire order into one bag. The order included a coupledoughnuts with chocolate on top. Well chocolate was supposed to be on top. The chocolate was everywhere it wasn't meant to be. Irealize they were busy but they could have taken few more seconds to separate the items. Read more
I hate to say it but I'm addicted to hazelnut iced coffee. Parking is a bit of a challenge. The drive-thru is usually swamped... but they do a good job keeping wait times low. Read more
Beware, poor sanitary practices by employees. All wearing gloves, but touching everything including hats, hair and pushing up... glasses. Gloves are not magical and need to stay clean or be changed. Won't be back. Read more
