I was very surprised and satisfied at this restaurant because I just thought it was going to be all Mexican food which usually... is spicy and hot and the food that I don't like but I was very happy with the ribeye steak I got that came along with grilledvegetables and a baked potato and salad and a very decent price. I was very surprised at the majority of things on the menu andhow decent the price of this type of food was which I suspected to be very very high or expensive. Sometimes one thing thatbothers me is a menu that has a huge variety of things on it that can make it sometimes too difficult to decide what to eatwhich this menu did have a lot of things on but it wasn't as difficult to decide as most menus which have a huge majority ofoptions to choose from. The restaurant is clean, open and very welcoming. The servers were very helpful as it was our first time and we didn?t know... about the salsa bar. I am a huge fan of Carnitas and they exceeded my expectations in flavor and the actual size of the portion.We will be back! Read more

We have ate mexican food all over including Texas, California, Florida, Tennessee & Virginia. We tried a restaurant we have... never tried named Casa Gallardo Fajita Factory the other day an it was so good. They have great tasting mexican food. An theportions are huge for the price. The atmosphere is so great there. Just what you want at a mexican food restaurant. You can eatit with out it being so spicy that it burns your mouth or stomach. They have a salsa bar. The cheese dip is so good. The staffis all very friendly and they work together an help each other. Its ran by a very nice family. We met one of the owners thatnight. She was super nice. We definitely recommend this restaurant. We had chicken fajitas, soft tacos & cheese dip. It was ahuge portion of fajitas. An the soft tacos was really full. Read more

This is the best Mexican food around!! There is a salsa bar, ranging from mango salsa, guacamole salsa, to hot salsa. They serve... the chips.with bean dip. The portions are huge! Fresh chicken breast, tender. The scallops were cooked perfect, the knife cutthem like butter! We had fajitas with chicken, shrimp and scallops.. more seafood in fajitas than I've seen before. We also hadala Carte of chile relleno with beef, so good, and chicken tamale. The tamale was good, but I did lose the tamale under all ofthe chicken they placed on top. We will definitely be back!! It was my first time dining at Casa Gallardo Fajita Factory and it will not be my last. From the Host to the Wait staff to the... atmosphere, everything was 5 star. Our hosts were absolutely amazing. I have already made my plan to come back. Casa Gallardoreally gives you an experience. One that you won't forget. Thank you so very much. I wish I could give you 10 stars. The newinterior was so welcoming, very beautiful and luxurious. Lots of options on the menu that you want to try it all!!
