Miss the in house orders where you could save with the coupons they no longer have that so you have to deal with the drive thru... and obviously a big disappointment, pre covid BK was my family's favorite. Read more
Had the WORST experience! Here's the story... We order 2 whoppers at the drive thru. Get to the window & the guy goes to hand us... a whopper melt meal & had already charged the card $9.88 before trying to give us the drink and meal we didn't order. My fiancepolitely tells the guy that isnt what we ordered. So the guy says what did you want and my Fiance tells him the 2 whoppers. Theguy then charges his card AGAIN But for $12 and some change. My fiance asked if he refunded the first transaction & the guyproceeds to tell my fiance that he didnt charge him the first time. (Which we knew wasnt true but was going to check after wemoved from the drive thru.) My fiance checks and they DID in fact charge the card twice so we went back to the window & asked tospeak with the manager which "just so happened to be" the same dude! My fiance explained that the charge was on the card andneeded it to be refunded... NOW... Dude then gets a huge attitude, tells my fiance to give him the card. "Refunds" only $9.03 tothe "card", gives my fiance back his card and then slams the window closed without an apology or a word at all. THEN.... myfiance looks at the card that was refunded on the receipt and the card numbers on his card and come to find out, the dude didnteven refund my fiance's card but obviously someone else's. We figure his own! Had to call the main number to complain!!! VERYBAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & EVIDENTLY A THIEVING MANAGER!!!! This happened on Saturday the 9th of April around 7pm for any managersor employees that see this!!!! Straighten up little soldiers! This is twice in the past week that my order has been completely wrong. I even reached out to Grubhub to ask that they make sure... my order was correct before the driver leaves the store. How do you confuse whopper with cheese meals as a cheeseburger and thenforget half of the other food? What is truly disappointing is that my vehicle is in the shop so I?m stranded at a hotel, hencethe reason that I have to have food delivered and then when it?s not correct, I have to once again order something else and payfor more food and yet another delivery fee. Between the food always being wrong and the fact of no one answering the phone atall, I wouldn?t recommend eating at this location. Whoever makes the food clearly doesn?t need to be in the kitchen and can?tread. Don?t waste your time eating here! Read more
The app! You gotta get the BK app on your phone. Always a great deal on it, especially on Whopper Wednesday. I forgot how much I... like the whopper with cheese. The onion rings are pretty tasty. I get 2 packs of the zesty onion sauce. One for the rings andthe other I put on the sandwich. It's so good that way. When I get home I'll pop the burger in the microwave for 30 seconds.Makes all the difference. Now the whole thing is hot. The one detraction to BK is the bun is cold. I stopped there last night got 4 whopper meals.4 coke drinks I tasted cokes they tasted horrible I have had no taste since then.
