Went to Auntie Anne?s for my free birthday pretzel, and they refused to give it to me because I didn?t download the app at least... a month before my birthday. I went out of my way to download the app, drive across town to Auntie Anne?s, and was so excited formy free birthday treat. The manager refused to give me the free pretzel, and instead cited corporate policy to me, which was notexplicitly advertised. Even with proof of it being my birthday, the app downloaded on my phone, and already purchasing otheritems during this event, he still refused to offer me the birthday treat. He didn?t even say happy birthday to me by the end ofit, and honestly it was so disappointing. Makes me not want to come back, which is sad because I was brand loyal for so long. Read more

This Auntie Anne's in the mall does something extra special. Anything that is not sold gets donated to the Salvation Army, to... OCP (Our Community Place), and sometimes to Open Doors. This is what helping ur community means. I wish more businesses didthis.. I want to personally thank the staff and the gentleman who runs this Auntie Anne's for doing this.. My grandchildren wanted just a drink. The sales associates was to busy talking to a person that has stopped by to talked so she... rang up my granddaughters order and never ask if that was all on this order. When she finally decided to stopped talking shegave me the total and was pissed when I told her I needed two more drinks. Read more
