The chocolate stuff was super good, but the gelato was very mediocre and overpriced ???? especially the Rocky Mountain flavour... that I've been meaning to try. The chocolate gelato part of it was creamy and smooth but overall it was overhyped. The dippedbrownie was amazing but way too heavy. I couldn't finish it in one sitting as a snack. I'll maybe try other chocolate options inother chain stores but definately not gonna get gelato ever again. If you want gelato, you should go to Chantilly instead! Read more

We were overwhelmed by the patience, generosity, and good-humour of the proprietor of this beautiful store, which should be any... toddler's dream, but where our overtired three-year-old had a total meltdown which we're still talking about. Excellent customer service. The ladies working were very friendly and helpful. They didn't push us and gave us lots of time to... decide. There are so many delicious options. I highly recommend the caramel apples, they can even cut them so they're a loteasier to eat. You can share the slices as well, if you want. ???? You can find something for every chocolate lover. The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory was a trip back into child hood when we got our caramel apple treats.The choices are vary... and are plenty. The price quality compare-sing is good and the service was lovely and helpful in choosing the right mix. FromPeanut butter caramel loaded apple to the plain Caramel apple. You can eat it on your own the old style ( have a bite at it )orif you want they cut it for you in slices to share.. But honestly, who likes to share something soo good? Give it a go and maybediscover your own bit of memories, or even make your own. The only reason why I give it a 4 star...it should come with a warningfor all diabetic and moms with sweet tooth kids, have your hand wipes and tissues ready. next to lots of water. lol Read more
