Ordered brisket. They ensured me it was fresh made that day. Was definitely reheated and not cut correctly against the grain.... Almost choked. If I didn?t already have it home I would have returned it. Macaroni wasn?t great either. Mayo slaw wasgood. UPDATE: I called to let them know it wasn?t fresh and the woman on the phone just said ?sorry sir that?s what my managertold me?. No concern for customer satisfaction. UPDATE 2: I drove back and showed the manager the product and he admitted ithad at least been reheated and gave me a much appreciated partial refund. Wouldn?t expect change though. Read more
We were in the neighborhood, so we gave their drive thru a try. The server was very nice, even to our barking dog. She even... talked to him and gave him a treat, making a new friend. We got pork and brisket sandwiches, and they were incrediblydelicious!! They were piled high too! The cost for this amazing food was no more than fast food prices! Only giving 3 stars because the food is good. But the service deserves ZERO STARS. Placed the order and didnt bother to tell us... or call us back to let us know they were out of one the items we ordered. Waited in the drive thru line for THIRTY minutes, onlyhad one meal ready and let me know they were out of the other meal that was also supposed to be ready. She told me to pull backaround and order again. So you want my food to get cold so i can wait 30 more minutes? Ridiculous. They literally ALWAYS forgetthe ranch I ask for. Not worth it Read more

The results may have been better if I hadn't rolled in at 5:45 on a Monday evening. Seeing several cars in the parking lot so I... assumed that's usually a good sign and it would be a wait. Get inside and the restaurant is empty and one lone gentleman lookingat a to go menu. I waited patiently as several people walk in and out of the bar area into the kitchen not acknowledging mypresence until I finally raise my hand and ask if they're open for sit down dining. The lady says they were and to grab a seat.She sat across from me as I ordered which I find inviting and helpful, some may not. I started off by asking for a sampler styleplatter which I was informed they no longer have then I asked for ribs, they were out. So I settled on a chopped pork plate anda smoked sausage plate with my sides being fries, okra, mac n' cheese and baked beans with sides of garlic bread. Pork was notchopped but pulled and a bit dry but had a good smoke to it and the sauces were very good and complimented it well. The smokedsausage in the other hand was prepackaged smoked sausage that was obviously heated up on a flat top and after a couple bites Ihad to stop because there was an almost rancid rotten hint to the smell and taste. The baked beans were a one bite and done dueto the intensity of the onion flavor and the okra and fries were both frozen. The mac n' cheese wasn't all that bad though otherreviews say differently. I had a sweet tea to drink and the first glass was spot on then I waited well into my meal for a refilljust to get a soured glass of tea from the container in the kitchen... Read more
