my fiancé just went in there to order sandwiches and the worker was just very short and rude? asked for pickles on my sandwich... and her response was a cold, short ?we?re out.? he asked for parmesan and she just said ?out of that too.? also in a very rudevoice. if you?re so miserable with your life that you can?t even have a decent tone with customers you shouldn?t be working infood service. Awesome customer service. They had a small rush at the end of the day, with customers having multiple sandwiches. Regardless of... the rush, staff was still going above and beyond to assist customers. Really liked they had a wide variety of drink choices aswell. Will definitely be back Read more
Debra is very unhelpful being the manager on duty who was in the back the whole time that a new employee was struggling through... making my mobile order that I placed. I order extra adds to my order such as sliced Avocado and was informed when I called backto the store when I noticed it was not on my sandwich that they did not have sliced avocado. Avocado is an extra charge andthere is zero cares from her when I notified her on the mistake and over charge. Also I ordered one item as a combo which comeswith chips and a drink which was left out of my bag and when notifying her about that I was informed by Debra that it was myfault that I forgot about them. Terrible Customer service from this store tonight when I normally get great service and awesomefood quality maybe it is an isolated incident under management of Debra. Read more
It's time to give Subway a second chance. Years ago I ate there at least once a week, and then they expanded and there was one... on every corner. I quit going like a lot of you. In Harrison, there is one next to Food City on Highway 58 so I thought it wastime to try it. I had forgotten how much I love their fresh, soft Italian bread. And how nice it is to pick fresh toppings likelettuce, spinach, peppers, onions, olives, and more as well as a selection of cheeses from provolone, cheddar, mozzarella. Theyhave added a selection of wraps and protein bowls to satisfy the keto dieters. I had the tuna, which I love, with provolone cheese on soft Italian. It tastes just like old times. It's time to put Subway back on the list of places to eat greatsandwiches made your way. Read more
My son an I had lunch here. This is one of the newest Subways around. Nice location next to a Food City. The restaurant is... modern and looks great inside. Nice an clean. Stopped in a couple of days ago and the lady working was awesome, Could she make a Sandwich..I was totally happy I decided to... not get a Hotdog at the circle K or get a Hamburger( I was in a hurry and Subway was quick and good and healthy...I plan tovisit again soon. Read more
