Awesome customer service. They had a small rush at the end of the day, with customers having multiple sandwiches. Regardless of... the rush, staff was still going above and beyond to assist customers. Really liked they had a wide variety of drink choices aswell. Will definitely be back Read more
Debra is very unhelpful being the manager on duty who was in the back the whole time that a new employee was struggling through... making my mobile order that I placed. I order extra adds to my order such as sliced Avocado and was informed when I called backto the store when I noticed it was not on my sandwich that they did not have sliced avocado. Avocado is an extra charge andthere is zero cares from her when I notified her on the mistake and over charge. Also I ordered one item as a combo which comeswith chips and a drink which was left out of my bag and when notifying her about that I was informed by Debra that it was myfault that I forgot about them. Terrible Customer service from this store tonight when I normally get great service and awesomefood quality maybe it is an isolated incident under management of Debra. Read more
