Trattoria Vivolo is a hidden gem located in Harrison, NY. To be honest, we must have passed this restaurant thousands of times... and never stopped in for a meal. That will remain one of our biggest regrets. The food is FANTASTIC!! This restaurant boasts abig menu and there is something for everyone. Seating is wonderful. You may sit at their beautiful bar, in a booth, at a wellappointed table, or outside which is beautifully decorated. We are a family of 3 and each of our entrees were off the chartsfantastic. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant had a definite charm adding to the delicious meals.Trattoria Vivolo 's owner is very hands on and makes it his business to thank you for your patronage. He sees to it thateveryone is pleased. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. It is moderately priced and the portions are huge. We willdefinitely be back! Read more

I have never been impressed with Italian food since the majority of dishes in America involve tomato sauce, some form of pasta,... and cheese. It's the same thing, in a different presentation, over and over again. The food at Vivolo is much more varied andhigh quality. The desserts are also impressive. The service is excellent, and the sense of hospitality seems genuine. Theprices are comparable to the food and service, but not unfair. Read more
Waited for almost an hour for our food that NEVER came. The only thing that the waitress said was "a missed up with the kitchen... order", then she left us for 30 minutes without any other explanation. Me and my boyfriend went when the restaurant was notbusy, the staff and the manager were just chatting with eachother instead of asking where our food was. Seems like the goodreviews are from the old locals who go there all the time and knows the manager already. They did not apologize nor offer usanything, as if it was our fault that we had a bad experience. Dissapointed to see a business like this are still running. Read more

Had walked by this place several times since moving to Harrison and always been interested in it. From the outside, it looks... like a diner. Finally ate here tonight and happy that we did. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. Our table outsidewasn't ready when we arrived so we had a drink at the bar while waiting. I didn't see too much of the inside, but it does seemlike the space was a diner at one point. The outside area is huge and the strung lights, fire pits, music and planters made it areally pleasant experience. The menu has enough but not overwhelming like some Italian places. Will definitely come back againthis summer. Read more
