Service was really good. I was taken back by how good the service was especially because of the area and the experience I have... had in the past from a Popeyes so it was a nice change. Regular chicken pieces were good and flavorful. Popcorn chicken howeverwas very flavorless and bland. The breading didn't have any flavor or the chicken so I was very disappointed. The turning pointwas how good the fries were and the flavor they had. I'll be returning and trying something different on the menu. I recommendthe chicken pieces but don't get the popcorn chicken. I was here today on 9/2/22 around 6pm. the woman working drive thru orders was very pleasant and very patient with me. My mind... was elsewhere worrying & she was being understandable. I want to thank the manager last Saturday. I placed an order on the mobile app and submitted it. When I arrived, I didn't have a... guest number visible but I did follow the process for an online order. The manager didn't want me to be double charged so hepassed me my order. As it turns out, my card wasn't charged and I feel bad. I also read something about a banana cream cake andthey brought back the chocolate beignets...be right back. :) Read more
The drive-thru lady was very nice, however, upon receiving my order I noticed that the Cajun Fries were cold. Furthermore, we... found dead bugs on the box, baked into one of my biscuits and on the condiment packets. One of the honey packets leaked andmade the rest of the packets sticky. Read more
