Reviews for Panera Bread in Harrisburg, PA
Not only do some of the employees not practice basic food safety, such as wearing gloves, washing hands and long braids dipping... in food- the cream cheese was rancid. When I went back in to show them the spoiled product, the manager told me she can?t takeit back from across the counter. Understandable, but, have all your employees wash their hands, wear gloves when fondling foodand keeping braids out of the toaster as well. Heck- the one girl was on the ground looking for her air pod that fell out of herear, and went right back to the toaster. Read more
Great place... good food????
Just had an early morning drive-through experience at Panera bread. The wait is kind of long for them to take your order. But... there's only two people working so it's not their fault. The sandwich that I got was amazing It was good it was big and stuffedfull with the ingredients. However I ordered a drink a Madagascar vanilla latte. Lukewarm at best and was barely halfway full. For almost $4 Panera you can do better. Either lower the cost of your drinks or make sure they're filled to the top. As far ascaffeine in the drink I got zero buzz from it so there was nothing in there. These places cost a lot of money to go to now. Yes I know we're paying for the convenience but for $11.11 The drink should have been full and it should have been hot and fullof caffeine because that's what I wanted it for ;) Read more
Ordered 2 sandwiches and a pizza. Female employee calls our order and we find a sandwich missing. My wife politely said there... where two sandwiches. Before she could say which one the employee doesn't say a word and pushes a sandwich infront of her. Mywife took it as it was her sandwich customized the way she ordered but it had a different name on the ticket. We where confusedbut since it was her sandwich we took it to the table. A gentleman walks up for his order and she tells him we took it!! Itwasn't his sandwich he got a breakfast sandwich! So rude. Definitely prefer the location in Lebanon. Read more
I get the same energy everytime I come to this location maybe 3 times a week. The service is always pleasant and on beat. I... appreciate the smiles and familiarity from the staff everytime I walk in there. There's a young lady by the name of Jalisha/Jalessa for always having the greatest customer service with a contagious smile. Thanks for all you do there it makes adifference and you need to know it. You can only have this experience if you're there. Read more
I typically enjoy this location for drive thru while I?m on my lunch break. I?m currently sitting in line to place my order for... over 16 minutes now. When I arrived there were 2 maybe 3 cars ahead of me and I still haven?t gotten to place an order. I?ll belate returning from lunch now. If I were able to drive away I would have by now. Previously, I?ve had experiences where I wouldchalk it up to a less than ideal visit (not asking which sides you?d like, forgetting about item such as a drink etc) but itseems to be something each time I come. I?ve attempted the mobile pick up in the past and that too was a longer wait time and Iended up going inside to wait for the order. Update : in total I?ve spent over 26 minutes in the drive thru and still waitingon my order which was 1/2 a sandwich and cup of soup. If you?re looking for a quick lunch to grab a sandwich on your lunchbreak you may want to try another location. Read more
They keep skimping on the toppings and portion sizes. Most recently with the bacon. Bacon bits vs multiple bacon strips. I think... I'll hit up the new deli shops off Jonestown road in the old Applebees. Read more
Panera is good but the low stars are for the menu not updated on Google Maps as i was politely told by the person taking my... order. It's 4 years out of date. I ordered items that do not exist. Read more
