Pizza is great! The variety was delicious I got 12 garlic knots, which was an appropriate amount for 3 people. I would not get... the knots again - leaves more room for pizza! Read more
This is, hands down, the best pizza in Harrisburg in our opinion! We moved here about a year ago from NY where pizza was an art... form. Since our arrival, we've made it a point to search out decent pie. We have tried many, many shops. Too many have beendisappointing. We were almost convinced that the kind of pizza we like wasn't made in Central PA ... Until we visited Knead atthe Broad Street Market! They serve up bona fide wood fired pizzas that are simply delicious. Their crust is phenomenal. Theservice is excellent. The women manning the place were friendly and knowledgeable. It was obvious they enjoyed what they weredoing. And it was there that we learned of Knead's Slice Shop just down the street at 937 N. 3rd St! Naturally, we had to gothere too. Although they do pizza in a deck oven (and consequently use a slightly different dough recipe we were told) it toois excellent. We tried a selection of slices and every single one was better than anything else we have had in the area. Theprices are fair and the service at this location was also exemplary. That the Slice Shop itself is very nicely designed and wasimmaculate was another high point. We are now unabashed Knead devotees. Read more
Awesome staff/service. Great little pizza shop. Canned beer selection is really good. We got pizza by the slice but it was... unfortunately cold,good taste tho. The fresh pizza people got beside us looked awesome. We'll try again in future. Read more
Best pizza in Harrisburg. Grandma pie is light, crispy with great tang to the sauce and big air pockets throughout. Under... carriage is crispy and delicious. Don't order a corner slice....those are mine! The pepperoni with hot honey may be the bestslice they make. Great selection of canned craft and domestic beers. Limited seating inside but a good amount of outdoorsidewalk seating. No better place to grab a slice and a beer on a nice day. Read more
