Ordered at 11:20am for 12pm delivery. I called at 12:37pm and was told it was on the way. I tried to call again at 1:30pm and no... answer. My order arrived at 1:50pm. 2 hours past my lunch break. I understand everyone is busy and short staffed, but I nevergot an apology. Not even from the delivery driver. Never ordering from here again. **update. I love Jimmy John?s, but I will not be visiting this location again. I ordered online, and the tracking wasn?t updated by the... employees which was inconvenient. However, the reason for the 1 star is the bread. It was hard and stale!! JJ?s bread is knownfor its deliciousness, but my order last night was a huge disappointment. Sept 21 around 6:40, I stopped at the Union Deposit location. I grabbed cookies and waited to be greeted, NOTHING! There was... some sort of training happening at the register which made it worse as we were practically face to face. I stood there for about40 seconds without any acknowledgement. There was no greeting at all you used to get the big welcome, not anymore. I was theonly patron. I left the cookies and took my business elsewhere. Although, my kids love this place I will NEVER come to thislocation again. Customer service has declined at this location!
