Waited for our order to be taken while employee was outside smoking. After placing our order the store got a rush of customers. ... So I waited patiently for my beverage for 13 minutes. Only to receive half a cup of coffee. Tried telling the employee but shewalked away and I was to frustrated to say anything else because they were busy and I didn't want to make a scene so I justleft. All 3 sandwiches ordered were burnt. Can't handle large orders even when placed ahead of time. Staff complained about my large order. When they realized they needed... to refund me almost 80 dollars they STARTED making the donuts I didn't have time to stay. The employees were incredibly rude andtold me bye when I said to forget the donuts I want a refund. Told me I had to use the app to refund what a trash business. Read more
