Sigh ... here we go again. I stopped ordering from here for a long time. The management and staff were not responsible at all.... Then I tried again and they were excellent! Now we are back to the same old unprofessionalism. My order was quality checked at6:07. It is now 6:57. Pretty sure my food will be stone cold. I ordered last week and the driver called me from my porch to sayI still owed $1.50. How would my order even process or be accepted on the website if I did not pay for the entire order?Wouldn't they call me from the store the second they would notice there is a problem? This is shady. Not only did I pay for theorder, but I paid for the fee AND a tip. I do not carry cash on me. Ever. Not one cent. So the driver said he would pay for itout of his own pocket. It was a very awkward exchange and made zero sense. He mentioned the app glitching lately. Not really myfault to pay MORE money if the company has an issue with their app or website. These owners need to spend more money either onmore capable and caring employees or just more employees in general. Something is not adding up here. Either they are severelyunderstaffed or they are hiring the wrong people . Continuously. And I just got asked a SECOND time tonight to pay more on mybill as it was being delivered. I'm done. This is literally the best pizza ever! This particular location (dominos Linglestown)....oh my gosh! I literally just went to... make juice and came back with an empty cup, lol. That's how good the pizza is! I just called to let them know. The manager,Peter, knows how to cook! I go to this location often. Everyone is super friendly and the pizza is always good. Verbatim my fiancée last night said ?This is the best Domino's I have ever eaten?. I highly recommend those who want their food... faster to order for pick up. I know Domino's is typically very busy especially later on in the evening, but you can get yourfood much more quickly this way. We had been ordering from this place for years, and recently had 2 significant bad experiences and will not return. Today we... ordered at 1:55pm, called at around 2:55pm when it wasnt marked out for delivery and spoke with Desirey, who said it would behere shortly. Around 3:55 its marked delivered, we have since given up hope and called Santos, ordered some Italian subs, pickedthem up, brought them home and have about finished eating. At 4:10, the pizza gets here. It is lukewarm warm, and the sauce iscold and beginning to crust. This is the second time we have had this happen, last time I ordered at 7:22pm and by 9:30pm I wascalling for the 3rd time, also speaking with Desirey, to ask I asked if they could just cancel the order as it had been markedcooked for over an hour, make me a fresh one, and I would come pick it up, and the girl on the phone hung up on me. I don?t understand how this store is getting such bad reviews. I?ve ordered from here for years damn near weekly and 99% of the... time they are on point. I usually get delivery but sometimes I pick up and every time I have they?re super nice and I get one ofthe friendliest goodbye?s. They got a hard working crew. You should give them a shot. Read more
