The young lady with the short hair cut at the door always greets us, I believe her name is Jackie. Chuck E, is always in a... great mood when she is the one who wakes him up! My 3 year old and I have been coming on Thursdays all summer, and yesterday wasour last outing as she starts school. this chuck e cheese is pretty terrible. the staff don't seem to care about the look of the place or the quality of... service. pizza orders are consistently wrong, the mouse doesn't come out to greet the kids as often as he should even thoughit's advertised every hour on the half hour. family tries to give this place the benefit of the doubt as we understand staffingis tough. we've come here almost every weekend the last year. but it looks like it's time to find somewhere else to take thekids. I don?t even know where to begin. I will say store was clean. The only good remark I could leave and probably only deserving of... the one star. Besides the immature staff and unprofessional staff to the rude manager who wore her attitude beautifully on herface all day long it was a nightmare. Not to mention a staff member put their hands on my child while here and was rude to her.Also this was for my sons birthday party. Exspensive... The kids had a blast!! ages 2, 6, n 13. I got the $10 play card n 1pizza n wings for $51...He played basketball n... loved it. I had a problem but got ot fixed by manager. Some lazy workers . Staff mind should be on safety and fun!! Not hard!!Chill on break time! Read more
