Been here a few times. Always something wrong. This time, the girl made my drink wrong and when I politely asked for some foam... on top, she told me I didn't ask for that which is why she didn't do it. However, I specifically asked for that. In addition, Istood there an extra 5 min after she gave us our drinks as she forgot to make our breakfast sandwiches. I'm a HUGE Starbucksdrinker, with an average of 4500 stars at any given time, so you know how often I go. Pretty much everywhere I travel. By far,worst Starbucks. Read more

I was just here. Ordered a cold brew with cocoa foam at around 9:45am When I got my cold brew with foam, the foam is basically... all mixed up with the coffee already. I was waiting there and I didn't order ahead. Alysson who is there with McKenzie, told methat that's how almond milk is, it's very hard to make it foamy. Said she can make me a new one but it's going to taste thesame, and she cant guarantee the foam won't get mixed up with the cold brew. Really Starbucks?
