Made a mobile order and ordered a small Reese's blast and medium cheese fry. Looks like a small cheese fry if that and hardly... any cheese. Then at the window I got my order but they tried to give me food I didn't order. Read more
I can't say anything other than we say in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes before I decided to leave. The reason the... people in the drive-thru were not being helped is because about 20 people walked up to the window at one time after ahigh-school game, so they were helped instead. Went for some ice cream. After sitting in the line for more than 15 minutes, I finally get up to the speaker box and sit for... another 7 minutes without anyone speaking to me. I had to stop a carhop to see what was going on. After sitting for another 3minutes a young man came over the speaker box to get my order. Keep in mind, the line is out to the road and no one was in frontof me for a good 5 minutes because they had already gotten there food and left. I finally get my order and I get home to one ofmy cups with a hole in it that is leaking ice cream and bandaged with a sticker. Very unprofessional. Read more
