Great pub atmosphere, drinks were good, service was great. Ordered burgers, but the buns were dry. Fries were good, however.... Also low marks for charging prices higher than what’s on the menus and a credit card surcharge. When you charge $12 for aburger and $3 for a soda, you can afford to cover the credit card fee and update your menus. Read more
I had a large order this afternoon for myself and 8 coworkers. I called the restaurant around 11 and they said the food would be... ready by 12:15. We all had a variety of items. The girl who rang up the order checked and made sure everything was correct withall of the correct sauces. My order was ready on time and everyone enjoyed their meals. The take-out pizza was ok. The service was horrible. They need to forgo providing take-out if they're too busy to service the... customers. I did order in advance, and the pizza was ready shortly after I arrived. One person said she'd be right with me andcontinued her other work. A different person finally checked me out. And yes, the place was busy, but that's no excuse forignoring a customer who only needs a quick checkout to be out of your hair. Seems like a management issue, and yes I will behappy to go elsewhere for better pizza and better service. Read more
