I love going here! The food they have is pretty fresh and they have what I need available. The staff is super friendly and... always willing to answer questions. The beer den to get beer and walk to shop with is a nice bonus. They have tables set up ifyou want to grab some of their prepackaged food items and eat before shopping. What a great store! It?s something different from the three main chains in NC. This store has a neat vibe, great deals, plenty... of selection and variety. Not TOO busy like some, big parking lot and WOW, what a beer selection! They have a cool bar, IN THESTORE! You can get some great pre made food here too?.. they have a smoker for some great meats. My first time in Lowes Foods was amazing and I will definitely be coming back. I wanted a change in where I go for groceries so... I wanted to try this store. I paid wayyy less and got more things. My hubby was so impressed about how much food I got for lessthan we usually pay. They were stocked. They had really good sales on foods that I needed. It was clean. The cashier wasextremely nice and so was the young lady that bagged my items. I was so sad to hear that they couldn't accept tips. First day of opening. Great reception from the staff beginning to end. It was really packed but I took some photos. Everyone... was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning. The store is set up with "stations" as well as aisles. Such as salad,flowers, bakery, beer/wine, fried chicken, subs, seafood, meats, etc. A great place to stop off and pick up lunch, dinner or asnack. Checkout was interesting. Hard to explain, you'll have to see for yourself. But it was quick. When leaving you could geta bottle of Coke and bag of popcorn. They also walked around with samples of food such as cookies and chips. Lots of parking,but the lot was full today. I found the store to be bright and inviting. Be sure to check it out. Read more
