Apparently it?s okay to sell people wings with feathers on it? I called the Harrisburg location to speak with a manager about... this and all she said was we don?t control where are chickens come from and they already come ?cleaned? well you guys need toinspect what you?re selling for consumption better. First time here. If you follow my reviews you know last night I tried dunwellz wings and wasn?t amazed. But I?m here at East... coast wings and boy I have to say these are far better. Lemon pepper great. Maui flavor decent and teriyaki great. Even the beerbattered fries are awesome. Great atmosphere as well as customer service. Very friendly staff. I was looking for Chicken Wings and a quick Google search landed me at this location. Despite of recent reviews I thought of... giving this restaurant a shot. Well, found out they were correct. We arrived at around 8.15 on a Friday evening. I understandthat Friday evenings are busy times. But not that busy to be attended by the waitress at 8.40. It was a frustrating 25 min waittime to place our order. Once we placed the order, it arrived within 10/15 mins which was fine considering how busy thelocation was. But don't you serve at least a glass of water when someone comes to the restaurant? Now coming to the food, Iordered 5 General Tso's Chicken Wings and 5 Bang Bang Chicken Wings. While General Tso's wings were ok, bang bang was tasteless.It seemed they dipped the wings in mild buffalo sauce which didn't have any flavor. Wings were dry, chewy. I know it?s a chain. Service was horrible , but would it kill somebody to have at least a few vegetarian options? Absolutely... none whatsoever on the menu besides the sides and a salad. Yes, I know it?s a wing place, but it?s also 2022 and people haveall kinds of eating habits. Wouldn?t hurt to at least offer a veggie sub that?s actually on the menu, and to have mushroomsagain? not to have the waitress look sideways when you ask if they have any meatless options?. These wings are so good! I purchased the bourbon wings and they were delicious. The customer service is spectacular.
