Most of the times to-go orders are burnt/blackened (literally). We ordered croissants, hash browns and this is the third time we... got them as burnt. Told staff about it but nothing was done. We just had to throw them in trash and go to McD next door. Read more
This store is usually busy when I stop on my way to work. I had stopped coming to this location because the workers were rude ,... and my order was usually wrong. I decided to give it another chance , and I wasn't disappointed. It looked like they weremissing a few staff members, but everyone their seemed in good spirits . The lady taking my order , Ameran was extremelyfriendly and made sure everything was in my bag. I will definitely be back. Read more

The new person is the worse. The last 2 days my order has been wrong. Cream makes me sick and my order after saying milk and... sugar 8 times did cream. I went in and the lady working there Sydney was lovely and she had a great attitude towards me and other customers that were in... line before me. I got the Coconut donut? ABSOLUTELY amazing. When you vite into it it?s so dense and you can instantly taste theflavor of coconuts. Definitely will get again I used to only eat cinnamon but this one tops it. Twice now I have been to this Dunkin and ordered a cold brew, only to receive iced coffee. What I received today tasted like... they poured burnt coffee over ice. I can?t even drink it. This Dunkin has always been reliable, but it seems like their currentstaff does not know how to make the drinks and are cutting corners. I won?t be going back anytime soon. Read more
Watch out Starbucks. They're food menu is on point. And this location specifically makes the perfect Mocha Iced Coffee. Ask for... Iced Coffee, regular cream extra sugar. Mocha. I will never go here again. Server just nasty. Female had on glove and took my payment with the gloves on, then touched co... workers cup to see what was in it and gave it back. Continues to touch cash register with same gloves on then goes and gets mydoughnuts with the same dirty gloves on. She actually picked them up with her hands, no tongs. Then walks over and hands them tome. I nicely declined and explained her actions that made me decline. She then says ?do you want me to change my gloves?????????????. Of course you needed to change gloves before handling a persons food. Smh. I drove off because she seemed confusedat what had just happened. Read more
