No one seemed to care we were at the register to order and avoided us for as long as they could. Fries had no seasoning, hard... and cold. Gave me my 3 piece meal, opened it and it had no chicken,..Really! When I took it back to get the chicken, the legsmelled scorched and was cold. Went to the men's restroom to wash my hands, no soap in the dispenser. How are the workerswashing their hands? Floors were really greasy, tables were nasty. I would give it a 0 rating if I could. Do I even have to give them a star? This is the fifth or sixth time I have tried going to this Bojangles to get food around 6... o?clock and be told they are out of chicken and then they proceeded to tell me it?s going to be an hour to an hour and a halfbefore they will have any. By the time you get it cooked, everyone would have already gotten food somewhere else. I can?timagine the money they are losing because they can?t have chicken cooked at dinner time. Read more
If I could give this a store a ZERO I would. EVERY SINGLE Time we eat here we ALWAYS have issues. There needs to be a manager in... there that knows how to run the place. How do advertise ?Legendary Sweet Tea? and you?re out? Are you out or are your employeesjust lazy and don?t want to make it? And you are a chicken joint and want to tell me you don?t have any chicken marinated AFTERI have ordered paid and sat and waited 10 minutes for my food in the drive through. This store needs help or needs to be shutdown. I?d rather drive to Concord where things are always in stock and you see managers getting on employees for slacking andbeing lazy. Went to the Harrisburg BoJangles for a supreme meal. Waited 49 minutes before I just left. After about 30 minutes I wanted to... just see how long it would take but at 49 I realized no one cared so I just left. Corporate you need to do something! I gave 1star because that?s the minimum but that?s being very generous! Read more
what happened to this place? the service/experience here is not what it used to be. If you're looking for fried chicken don't... come here I guess because they're always out apparently. This particular location's level of service has gone downhill in recent months. Even accounting to the national labor shortage... in poor paying service industry jobs, I was told to wait at the speaker of an empty drive thru lane for more than fifteenminutes without my order being taken. After that, I finally lost my patience and left. The fast food service industry needs tostart paying their workers an actual living wage if they want business to continue as it had, feeding the fat wallets ofcorporate executives for several decades. I had one person behind me in drive thru. I had to have them remake my food and I see 20 wrapped sandwiches sitting under the... heat lamp. No wonder this biscuit is so hard around the edges. Truly sad. Out of all of them in the kitchen, I can't get a verysimple sausage biscuit. Read more
what lousy service! At the drive thrue I talked to 3 people to take a simple order for me and my husband. The staff was... screaming. At the window a group of women with a hubbub laughing and using the cell phone. I had to wait 43 minutes and whenthey give me my order, they give me an incomplete order. definitely as it is not the first time, they have lost a client. Read more
