I?ve been here twice now. First time was several weeks ago when they first opened. The cashier would have rather been anywhere... else than work. I ordered the Mac and cheese burger and got something completely different when they called my number. Idecided to give them a shot again today (9/9/22). The cashier was completely untrained and seemed to have no clue how to ringup a simple hot dog combo. He had to go find his manager which took 5 minutes while the line behind me obviously was annoyed. 2people walked out before ordering after witnessing my experience. Good food. A little bit better than your usual fast food options. Staff were cheerful. Decent quality for a quick burger joint.... But it?s still fast food. Pricier as well. Read more
It was ok. Ive had juicer burgers?flavor was good though. Staff seemed like they didn?t want to be bothered and I literally got... there at 10:33 when they first opened. Would have expected a bit better greeting and attitude when I pulled up. Read more
They forgot my fried pickles at the drive thru. No big deal, we went in to get them. By the way they are $4.49 - twice the price... of fries. Look how small this is. Don't do it guys... just don't it ???? Read more
Service was fairly quick. Burger was definitely not worth the 11 dollars I paid. Two tiny pieces of onion and a tiny shriveled... piece of lettuce. When I saw the name back yard burgers I thought I?d have like cool choices of toppings or something but theyare really just over priced same old fast food joint. Read more
I gave it a try, but came out a bit disappointed. The meat was cooked well but they put too much mustard and that killed the... flavor and taste of the meat. Fries were ok and service wasn't bad. Read more
The fried pickles started the experience with fireworks in my mouth for sure. Nothing better than that lightly breaded crunch... mixed with that tang from the pickles & dipped in a little ranch. Pure magic! So one of the things I found amazing was they canconvert ANY of their burgers into chicken sandwiches. So I tried the Black Jack Burger with fries & had them make the BaconAvocado Burger into a Bacon Avocado Chicken. They know their burgers and chicken for sure!!! Then save room to try theirBrookie! The brownie to cookie ratio makes it divine! Love their new look! Very clean, yet still has those natural elementsthat make you feel like burgers from the back yard should. Bobbie made our visit pleasant. He greeted people as they walk through the door & came up to their table while eating ti check... on the customers. For a slight second, my husband & I thought we were in a restaurant ???? The Honey BBQ burger ???? myhusband had was delicious. Im not a fan of black bean burgers, but I went ahead & tried it. It was falling apart ???????? thankGod I asked them to add mushrooms ???? I continued to let the black bean burger fall out & just ate the mushrooms. Delicious???? next time I will just do a mushroom burger. The fries ???? favor "checkers" fast food fries. Delicious ????
