The Sonic app has ruined Sonic. I've sat 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order because they have to serve the 20... customers that used the app. First. Easier to drive through the competitions drive thru and not much difference in menus! Read more
Would give it zero stars if that was an option!! This is the worst sonic I have ever been too! Service is absolutely horrible,... unless you get the young guy that subs from oak ridge! The ladies that work there as car hops are extremely rude! They have NOcustomer service skills whatsoever. I ordered tonight from the Sonic App as always? got there 20+ minutes after ordering had towait 15 minutes for them to bring the food to me, I tried to make conversation with my car job because it seemed she was havinga rough night? I watched 3 people leave stating ?you guys have taken forever? she however reacted by saying guess I have ashi*** attitude?and walked away from my car? not even asking if we needed anything else!! Got hope and I opened my bag to findmy order was not correct, nor was it even warm! Proceeded to call to try and have the food remade, at least to get what we paidfor? but no we were told we would have to call a 1800 number and not kindly either!! We got nothing but pure rudeness anddisrespect from the 2 women working the front of the store! It?s sad that you can not even receive good or at least decentcustomer care anymore! The last 2 times my family and I have gone to this sonic it has been a nightmare. If you order a bacon cheeseburger how do you... not get bacon. Milkshakes are just flavored milk. Staff is not knowledgeable of the menu. I could get better service from tohomeless people living under a bridge. It's a joke. The owner should be ashamed and stripped of the franchise rights. I will not ever eat here again. I ordered a chicken sandwich and cheese sticks.the sandwich alone was almost 5 dollars. I bite... into it and it's hard as a rock. Open the bun and almost threw up. What wasn't burnt looking had spots on it like maybe oldfreezer burnt meat maybe? Not sure? The cheese sticks had grease running out of them and tasted like they were fried in very oldoil. Chucked the whole bag of food. Won't be back. Read more
I know this isn't the workers fault because there was only two of them doing everything, but we waited for 30 minutes for two... ice creams and ended up leaving. They was working as fast as they could, but they could have let people know before orderingthat the wait was going to be a long one. Based on the number of people there before us it probably would have been another 30minutes before we got our food. Read more

Wait time is always horrible, lack of customer service, and every time I order the food is poor quality. I'm manager level... serve safe certified, I've managed busy fast food restaurants in a much bigger city than Harriman. You definitely need bettermanagement and I wish I had a babysitter cause I could definitely retrain and improve the service. Every time I go there I hearhow it's not their fault they're short handed... I always trained my employees to provide the customer service they wanted andthat customers pay employees pay check 100%. Customers wouldn't mind the slow service if the product is worth the wait. Mydaughter is unable to have salt on fries for medical reasons and every time I try a fry and it has salt on it they say they usethe same scoop for salted and unsalted.... went again tonight 10-28-22... ordered 2 blt combo fries were hard and burned...onionrings were super old and had been overcooked from the burn marks... one blt had mayo and one didn't have mayo and had barely anylettuce and the wait time was at least 20 minutes...if you're making customers wait that long at least make the food edible...
