Your Harriman TN location has to be the worst KFC franchise in the state if not the nation. A person cannot get inside the... building nor will they answer their phone. I might suggest you fire the whole crew (if there is any) and hire people that wantto work. When one goes to the drive-up window you might get served or you might not. It's so refreshing to get service with a smile, but these days, no one wants to work and if they are working, you get the sense... they don't want to be there. No one ever took our order at the speaker after waiting about 5 -10 minutes. Pulled up the window , two employees looked at us... and walked in the back. One girl eventually came and took our order, never smiled and seemed annoyed that we wanted food at 730pm. She takes the order, we were very polite and thankful. Pull forward to find three other employees talking and hanging out.waited 10 minutes for the food , a guy bought The food out, didn?t smile or say anything we asked if forks were in bag. He saidyep.
