Bless her heart. We order on line from Harriman and when we pulled into line, it was a parking lot for pick up. We elected to go... inside and one girl was doing her best with way more orders than she could produce in a timely fashion. Sat in line for more than 15 minutes waiting for a dozen donuts I ordered at the take out and when I asked what the deal was ,... this snotty Jack Leg said you can wait longer now..... Bruh now they give me a LG Iced Coffee in a Medium Cup. Are you kidding me. Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too.
Dunkin is always good when you're needing breakfast and there's no other options available at the time (after 10:30 am). The... food is always good and hot and the donuts are always fresh. My favorite drink is the vanilla bean coolatta (please don't evertake it away). My only complaint with this location is the poor management of keeping tickets I'm order, there's been severaltimes I ordered food and then sat there for periods of time and watched people who ordered after me get their food before me,sometimes they ordered almost the same thing or more food than I did.. this really needs to be fixed. Despite that, I willcontinue to eat here because, come on.. who doesn't like donuts and a nice sourdough breakfast sammich with maple sugar bacon?!( dunkin, why did yall shrink the sourdough slices? I love this Dunkin but as of lately they have been struggling... I was there this morning and I had very poor service. I... understand that they are struggling with staff and are very busy but the only thing I ordered that was correct was my doughnut.I asked the lady how she was doing and she gave me a sour look and said I'm here I just kinda laughed it off cause we've allbeen there when you work customer service. I asked for the tomato pesto grilled cheese with bacon and light pesto and the ladytold me to hold on and didn't add bacon or tell whoever was cooking light pesto. the tall guy with the beard that?s at the window most of the time when i go always seems to make some mistake. last time he told... me i gave him $14 and tried to have an entire argument with me when i counted out $15 three times. had to give him more moneyfor no reason bc he wouldn?t listen. this time he tried to charge me four (4) individual charges for the coconut milk- that isnever done, i have worked at this dunkin, lenoir city, and campbell station in the past. you ring it up ONCE because every oneis an individual added charge. was going to make me pay two extra dollars. he fixed it (not very kindly) once he was corrected. Although MY drink was great, my coworker got this "wake-up wrap"... I don't want to wake up to this soggy bacon...but to be... fair, they have been short-handed for a while now (like most of America's businesses at this time). They were extremely busy andusually I have a 5-star experience at this location and the staff , when not super busy, can be very friendly and i like cominghere every day if i get a chance. So as someone who is a Crew Member (though debating that) this job was honestly one of my favorite experiences as far as meeting... people, work experience and having a chill environment goes. However for the last few months it has become a toxic and hotheadedenvironment where management is a complete joke or just annoyingly strict in a mean way. Our management since around lateJuly-November (as of writing this) has become a complete dumpster fire and the managers have either been unfit for the role orhard headed, rude hags. Which has even increased how unfun working there has been. If you don't want attitude in managementdon't work here. I can say though, it feels hard saying this because I met some great people here I never thought I would. Theworkers here are genuinely great people! As someone who knows them!
