Food was good and hot. Front wait staff are pretty disorganized and super inefficient. The worker and the cashier walked back... and forth about 25 times combined between the food serving area and the pick ticket on the counter to fill our standard 12-piecebox with chicken, biscuits, fries, and mac-n-cheese. Not to mention they both disappeared 3 to 4 times for a few minutes eachtime during the process. The food was all there, it just took 25 minutes to fill the box after we paid. Read more

This location has not bounced back very well since COVID. Service has been really slow. Last trip I was going to go through the... drive thru but after waiting about a minute or longer no one came on to take my order, so I pulled around and went inside.Waited there at the register for another 2 minutes or longer before anyone came over to take my order. I ordered three pieces ofdark meat with no sides for my wife, which is her standard order. This time the employee ringing up the order stopped and saidI'll have to ring that up as two thighs and a leg, I said that's fine as that is the pieces she's always received anyway. Iordered myself a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was excellent. The 3 pieces of dark meat were boxed up as usual butthere was no biscuit included even though she's always received a biscuit previously. Also the chicken leg looked like it camefrom a baby chicken. The slow service has been typical the last 3 or 4 times I've been there and one time they were out ofchicken. Well, it was going to be 20 minutes while it was cooked. But fortunately they found enough cooked to fill my order. Ididn't ask where they found it at, I just left grateful not to have to wait 20 minutes. I'll be glad when they fully recoverfrom COVID because it used to be an excellent restaurant experience, but not so much lately. Read more
this Bojangles is very average all around. the staff was very friendly and made my entire family feel welcomed as soon as we... walked in. the chicken was a little hard to chew but the fries were very good and very well seasoned so it kind of balanced out.It would be a four or five star if the food was not as hard. Well, the biscuit, slaw and mash potatoes was great! The chicken was very pepper hot, I can't eat hot peppers! It looked and... smelt so good, I took a large bite and my mouth blistered up! Ouch! ???? Service was great, clean inside. Read more
I waited for 20 minutes in drive thru.. Got home there was no white meat in my white meal! Ok. Substitute but at least ask if... that's cool. Probably won't stop there again Read more
