Worst experience ever. Wasted 45 minutes, was yelled at and talked to rudely by the woman working the "order box". 8:11 got in... line. Very long line, but would be patient and hope for the best. 6 cars ended up leaving before even getting to try to order.The employee yelled at the car in front of me "I already told you what we have." Which didn't instill me with much hope. Ifinally got to the "order box" at 8:39. I start to place my order, immediately get cut off with "we out of popcorn". Ask aboutdrinks. Two choices Mt. dew Sweet Lightning ????and sierra mist, out of numerous other things so i left. 28 minutes of waitingfor rude treatment, an attitude to every other customer, not just me, and ultimately you're out of every item we tried to ordertonight. So we went to Arby's instead. We also wasted a quarter tank if gas waiting in line. Idk how you could manage this but acheck for $13.12 to repay us for our gas cost would be excellent. I was there approximately 6pm for the dinner crowd. There were maybe 5 cars in front of me, I waited a about 15-20 minutes, the... food was fresh and hot, customer service about a 7 out 10????. I was not pleased with $2.50 up charge to dip my strips in BBQsauce, next time I'll just ask for the to-go packets. Read more
I'm writing this review, not for management but for potential patrons of this location: the food will not be hot at no time... during the day. I'm sure of it because I arrived during the early part of the day. I placed an order and was asked by thecashier if I would not mind waiting 10 minutes for my order. Who wouldn't? So, I waited. By the time I made it home and beganplating my family's food; only one of the orders was fresh, the other orders were cold. The fries were cold. You could smell thestaleness of the chicken tenders and even taste the old grease. I am disgusted. Read more

So 2 weeks ago, I arrived at the restaurant after work, ordered and was informed that the location doesn't do crispy chicken.... Not that they were out of crispy chicken or even that there would be an additional wait or extra cost for it (the crispychicken). The large young man who was working the drive thru window was pleasant, however while the window was open,overhearing some of the disparaging comments and statements being said about the customers in general has led me to decide NOTto frequent this location again. If what was overheard is even remotely the shared feelings of the employees there, then I willhappily take both my hard earned money and my business elsewhere. Read more
I should have known better. The last time I ate here I got sick. I thought to myself, it's been a long time maybe the new crew... has a better idea of how to do their job. This time it was obvious that I couldn't even eat the food. Burnt, crispy to the boneand dry af. I didn't take the replacement. I'm just done. This location should have been closed years ago. We ordered $40+ worth of chicken. It was either recooked or cooked in really old grease because the chicken was hot, dark, hard,... and really greasy. As you can see it?s super dark and half of it is suppose to be extra crispy. I have never had extra crispychicken from any KFC that was this dark before. This chicken was really greasy and tasted quite old. My family couldn?t even eatit so we threw it out. When I attempted to call (10 times) to request a refund there was no answer so I?m assuming they close at9 pm on Fridays. I will be requesting a refund from management and will never go to this KFC again, very disappointing! Read more
I ordered a five piece chicken tenders with a extra fry. I received a half cooked chicken tender with no coating on it a short... chicken tender and three full-size regular chicken tenders. I told the manager what happened he told me to pull over to the sideand wait after waiting I received the exact same half cooked chicken tender and short one with three additional chicken tenders.Customer service at this location is awful I strongly urge everyone to drive past this establishment.
