How could a franchise owner have one worker run the store on a Sunday after church? All the worker did was make Door Dash... orders while 7 families in the store stood there waiting to be helped. Over 30 minutes to even get to the point of making oursandwiches. Di Pasqua franchise group should be ashamed. Avoid at all risk. You will get better service anywhere. Read more
Usually good service.ended up leaving because no one was there to make subs.so we went to Bella romas an got subs there instead.

Tried calling 4-5 times to try to get an update and they won?t answer the phone after having our order postponed over and over... for over an hour. We finally went and grabbed it from the store and the sandwiches were not at all correct. We paid for doubleprotein and got barely even a normal portion of meat. Asked for extra toppings and got barely any. The sandwiches were mostlybread. Will not be using this location again. This isn?t the first time they?ve messed up the toppings but it will be the last.Go to a different location. Read more

My wife and I went to Subway We ordered 2 meatball subs very little sauce this is what we received. We asked the Subway girl... To replace the bread because of all the sauce she said that they will charge us for the bread WOW I told her that we ask for alittle Sauce When we ordered the subs she replied she didn't make It with an attitude and refused to replace the bread Ireally think people like that should not be in customer service VERY DISSAYTISIED By the way Couldn't finish the sub the breadwas too soggy ???????????????????? I can't get hold of none of the Subway stores nearby customer service answering phone calls when they got questions I tried to... get ahold corporate corporate doesn't do anything unless you go on the website and put a written email and the store employeesdon't know nothing about rewards and what goes on on the app and also the birthday rewards getting a free sandwich and drinkit's pretty sad on my birthday I have to sit here and make phone calls to see if I can contact a different Subway that knowsabout the birthday sandwich and drink but pretty sad I was in the mood for a Subway I'm not going to buy something that I knowcould come to me for free many restaurants out here offering free stuff for your birthday but having a Subway sandwich was oneof the things I wanted...
