We ordered a pizza with a 2 liter drink. The driver forgot the drink and told us that it was either a refund for the drink or... 10% off in our next order but no communication happened. Called the store and the guy that answered the called was veryunprofessional, rude and unwilling to solve the problem. Didn't help us out in anything. Very disappointed with the customerservice and if you find another pizzeria near your house order from there. Read more
A couple of months ago I ordered from this store and had an issue with customer service. I checked my pie in the store, which I... often do. This time, several of the slices were flopped upside down over the ones in front of them. (I get thin crust) My guessis that it was dropped or otherwise handled roughly. I showed it to the girl checking me out and the response was "so? You canjust fix it." No apology, no accomidation. Read more

So I just ordered food from Dominos I am sick and hungry. I ordered a sandwich cookie and soda and their amazing lava cakes.... When my order came cookie was missing my lava cakes were mushed and so I called them. The wonderful lady on the phone offered mecredit for next time or she could get it back out to me I chose send it to me now please. Not only did I get my beautiful lavacakes but I got some Brownies too omg my hero?s. Domino girl for life thanks for being amazing you cheered me up on this coldwet sick day. Read more
**EDIT** Ordered delivery. Pizza arrived cold. I live literally 4 minutes from the store. And my pizza was cold and... disgusting. Received a call from the very kind owner with a sincere apology and credit for future purchase. That was unexpectedand appreciated. Read more
