Normally I get good service which I why I?m leaving 2 stars but today was some of the worst service I?ve had. First I was put on... hold for nearly 20 minutes and then hung up on. I was assuming they were busy so I wasn?t quite bothered. I placed a onlineorder and went inside to sit down. We got there and they weren?t busy at all. I ask for my order so we could sit down but itwasn?t ready and gave them my name. The tables and floors were dirty so we had to ask them to clean the table. After sittingdown for 30 minutes we came to find out our food has been just sitting on the counter and no one said anything. Completelaziness from the staff and disrespect. food was good once I got it but that was 1 hr and 20 minutes after i had placed the order online for pick up, showed up at the... time stated my order would be ready, was instructed it would be 15-20 minutes later due to a rush. After the 20 minutes wait, Iinquired about my order once again and was told it would be more time that I would have to wait. All while waiting I would seenew customers coming in to order and hearing their order would be 45 minutes to 1 hour wait. Read more
I was headed down to Brownsville for a business trip and while on the road stopped to get some wings. This location really... earned these 5 stars. Perfectly coated with sauce, super hot, and the wings were crispy. And the customer service was great andefficient. Read more
Flies everywhere, box of chicken wings dripping blood next to the prep station where the carrots and sticks were cutting them.... Cross contamination at its best . Staff did not care at all when I mentioned it. Disgusting restaurant and worse of all,unwrapped straws .when all the costumers were touching them . Worst service ever.. placed an order at 11:18 I didn?t receive my order until 12:30! Every time I asked how much longer I was... told ?5 mins? then finally at 12:15 ?oh they?re about to start on it? cooks were just horse-playing and cracking jokes! Themanagement was a joke. I?d understand if the place was packed but there was only two tables occupied while 7 people stood andwait on their orders. Everyone was told ?5mins? some got frustrated and left.. As a loyal customer, I am offended to be served my food in the condition that they did. The tenders in the photo were almost... charred and were severely undercooked in the inside. The chicken is glossy the breading is very doughy. When speaking to the"manager" she stated all of the tenders are "coming out that way". No apologies were offered. I am beyond disappointed.Wingstop, would you eat your chicken this way? Then, why would you serve it to your customers this way? You could really hurtsomeone by serving undercooked chicken. Read more
Worst service, I ordered on line. I received my order wrong. I ordered 50 an that of those supposed to be boneless, they were... all bone in. When I called them I was requested to drive back and exchange them. They said they were going to be ready in 20minutes. I show up 35 minutes later and they were not ready, I had to wait another 15 minutes. Be careful when you order online. This will be my last time at this location. No customer service at all.
