Worst experience ever, the employees are so rude, employee Jessica and the store manager today were so rude, allowed us to waste... time in ordering our food just to tell us at the end that their card machine didnt work(only cashapp cards) , there was no signof it being out of order, the employee still had the audacity to tell us the sign was there when there was no sign and were sorude about it at the end . Manager was present at the time watched it all happen and didnt do anything for the customers. TO THEEMPLOYEE JESSICA who took my order : hope you have the worst day ever for messing up mine. Over the phone customer service was horrifyingly terrible, the female I spoke with was rude and disrespectful, did not have any... concern as to why the order was for delivery (I ordered from Door Dash) she said, "it was my fault the order went wrong that Ishouldn't have anyone pick up an order for me." The order was a mess, ugly, the order was not wrapped nice and neat, not evenproperly, an absolute mess and 4 items were missing. Read more

Came in with my family not aware the establishment was closing soon no big deal,but Samantha the cashier let us know when we... were already seated and getting ready to eat that the dining room was closed and we would not be able to eat there. A friendly?the dining room is closed but we are taking takeout orders would?ve been helpful.? Employees just need to learn how tocommunicate better. Read more

Very bad customer service. A young girl that you have employed here, Jasmine, has no service experience. She charges customers... before they are ready to finalize their order, is not willing to accommodate guests request for substitutions, she throwsnapkins into guests hands, and laughs with her coworkers when a customer is unhappy. There used to be two amazing young guys whoworked here amd were always chatting with customers and showing good customer service. I'm you are happy employing people withpoor customer service and no experience, you should rethink your hiring process. Read more
