This place is consistently out of items. In the many times that I have been there the brewed teas that they have are empty.... Every single time. Not sure why the the containers are even there. It seems they stop preparing food around 5:30. After thatyou get what they have or they might make some if you are ok waiting 10 to 15 minutes. Read more

Average Panda Express food, which tastes good but doesn?t beat traditional Chinese food. They did not have chopsticks when I... went. It would be nice if this location offered some sort of law enforcement/military discount like some other franchises do. Read more
The food is good, the restrooms are clean but the parking lot is horrible, free car dings 24/7. The place can get really hot... sometimes the AC can't handle the extreme temperatures I guess so try to avoid window seating unless you want to get a truckerstan. The drive thru is fast and best option. Read more
Used Favor to have Panda Express delivered at my house and I didn?t expect such great service! However, the food was well kept... temperature despite the delivery. Chow mein had great flavor. The teriyaki chicken was a first time try but so glad I chose it.Ordered 2 three meat plates(they included Kung pao chicken, mushroom chicken, beef broccoli, orange chicken, chickenteriyaki,black pepper chicken and side of noodles as well for each plate ) , a large side of chow mein, large entree of beefbroccoli, and an order of cheese ragoons. All of this plus the delivery fee was under $40! Fed a family of 5 and there was stillleftover food untouched. Overall, the quality of food was good and will definitely be a returning customer. Doesn't get any better than this! Chinese fast food served up fast and hot. These guys use premium quality ingredients that's... always fresh. You really can taste the difference. Friendly staff. Clean facility, including that bathroom. At least themen's. Location has a drive thru for your convenience. Read more
Honestly this place needs to start putting more food on the plates. The amount of food that they put on each plate looks like... the plate is for a little child. Plus on top of it, they don't even put forks or chopsticks on the order, I even had to askedtwice for some chicken teriyaki sauce. Most of the time they would be out of some drinks. I've been in at the Brownsville, onthe expressway way Panda and the place is way too better than this Panda on Lincoln, Harlingen. Only the food is very good. Read more
