My family & I went to marble slab and the service was terrible. There was vendors who came in and the lady literally stopped... dealing with us to order Hot Cheetos and cheese, she even dropped what she was doing when they brought it to her. Worst experience ever, the place smelled like dirty restrooms right when you walk in. The older lady had an attitude and was... rude. I paid $22 dollars for 3 small ice creams and poor service. I?ll make the drive to cold stone next time. Read more

Hello... Customer service is huge. One lady was walking out as her shift ended. There was another young lady working and she was... putting sprinkles on this other customers ice cream and she had here head side ways lowly speaking saying " i'm so tired." Justher lack of eagerness to serve her customers not to mention that she was walking as if she was dragging her legs. I am prettypatient but honestly some times I don't have to deal with certain things. I love this Marble Slab and I am excited about theopening store in San Benito. I will def. try that one instead.
