Pretty bad experience they got half my order wrong I ordered a teriyaki bowl two promotional item a burger and a munchies box... for a few people. I never received the teriyaki bowl I asked them for and they said I didn?t order it but even the lady asked ifjust the bowl or the meal. Ridiculous service at the drive through and even more ridiculous service thereafter. Ordered food via drive through and realized... my drink was missing. I was initially okay with it until I made it home to find that the MEAT PATTY was MISSING from my burger.How something like that could even imagine is dumbfounding! To top it off, a second burger was drenched in mayo, so disgusting!To add insult to injury, the restaurant itself NEVER answered the phone. Their corporate number online DOES NOT WORK. I had totry FOUR different numbers before getting through to someone that can help. I was supposed to get a call from the regional ordistrict manager, never got that call. Was supposed to receive a FULL refund for the transaction, instead they only refunded$2.63, as if only paying for the missing meat?! I tried calling the same number that initially worked, only for them to alwaysbe closed now?! I had to dispute the additional $19.39 through my bank to learn that Jack in the Box will never be heldaccountable. It's not about the money, it's the principal of it all. You pay for something, you expect to get exactly that. Iwas willing to forgive the missing drink but everything after that was utterly frustrating. Shame on this specific restaurantand the corporate company themselves. Side note: receipt was not given making it difficult to dispute online and I was the ONLYvehicle at the drive through so it was not an issue with it being a rush hour as well. Update/ Response: I have spent too muchtime trying to get you all to make it right and will not be getting on that website so that you can finally do your job. This jack in the box location ( Harlingen , off the expressway) is our usual stop. We stopped yesterday to order a large curly... fries with only cheese and was granted the order. Today we stop to order the same thing and the person taking the order statedit can only be ordered with cheese and bacon. They aren?t able to only add cheese to the curly fries. We asked to speak to themanager and he confirmed. We explained we had just made the exact order the day prior and he said that he didn?t know who tookour order yesterday; which is odd if he?s the manager. We drove to the San Benito jack in the box location and our order wasgranted. It?s frustrating to deal with food chains that decided to follow different meal options. Tacos were cold, undercooked and unedible. They also did not use shredded lettuce but rather chunky salad lettuce. I tried to... call multiple times but they do not answer the number that was provided on the receipt.
