I found this place by accident when we were visiting my father in law four weeks ago. I was actually getting coffee from the... largest overrated coffeehouse chain in the world. I was driving back to my father in laws with my frozen coffee instantlyregretting my decision to go there. That's when I drove past G.O.A.T and saw COFFEE. ???? I literally went back around stoppedand pulled into a parking spot. I had already spent $16 at the largest coffeehouse chain in the world so I didn't want to spendmore. I sucked it up and drank the world's nastiest mocha Frappe with Carmel & Carmel drizzle. (My absolute favorite drink) Thenext day I was determined to stop at G.O.A.T and check this place out. I wanted to test the waters so my husband and I orderedthe Iced Caramel Macchiato, a lemon blueberry scone and a pecan bar (by the way I highly recommend). My goodness!!!! It wasdelicious. It was coffee with added sweetness not sweetness with a dash of coffee. I was hooked. I couldn't wait to go back. Wecame back again on the 10th to visit my father in law again. This time our weekend visit turned into a week long visit. Myfather in law went to heaven and we stayed to take care of all arrangements. However through it all G.O.A.T helped me getthrough it all. This time around we ordered my fave Mocha Frappe with added Carmel and Carmel drizzle just about every dayduring our visit. I will miss it but will definitely be stopping in when we visit again. Damn good coffee place. Visited family in the area recently, and this place was a great alternative to Starbucks. The drinks... were fantastic (especially loved the barista recommended London Fog), the pastries were delicious, and customer service wasastounding. Highly recommend. Read more

Went in there to check it out but didn't get to order nothing cause my better half needed to use the restroom and none are... available to customers. So we had to leave and did not get to order anything. Place looks great but they need to pay moreattention to the open sign cause we thought they were closed at first since that's what the sign said in the entrance. Maybenext time we'll order something just to try this place out and if they do good we'll give them a better rating. Read more

I rather go here for my ?girlie? drinks 100x more than Starbucks . There is one sweet gal that makes it just right. If she?s not... there than the espresso is either under or over extraction. First time here, and I loved it! It is welcoming and homey. The owner is friendly and very open. I had a hot caramel macchiato... and the ever popular walnut brownie, both were amazing. They are fresh made and they roast their own coffee beans and make theirown tea blends. Definitely qorth the price and worth checking out!! Read more

A cozy and comfortable coffee joint amidst the quaint Jackson Street part of Harlingen. Good coffee drinks, and they also have a... selection of relatively rare bottled soft beverages that are difficult to find in this region. Also, excellent lunch menu if youhappen to be on Jackson during lunch hours. Overall, an excellent place to chill. Please address the WiFi reliability issue,though. I definitely want to call this out to remote workers who might be stopping here; ready your hotspot data just in case. Read more
