I always enjoy the pretzels, but not necessarily the service. During the pandemic, it's understandable that staff should limit... their conversations with patrons, but literally not making eye contact, placing a mobile order on the counter, and mumbling whatmay have been thank you is not acceptable. I had to verify that the items before me were mine and had to ask if all my itemswere there. It should be customary to confirm a customer's order and make sure they actually understand if you're taking them. Read more

Food was hot, everything was good, the people were great, but I had to wait 30 minutes more or less.

Wrong prices displayed and they said they couldn't correct them. They should have said something before I ordered. I called... their district office and they never got back to me, just took my message. I called the corporate office and they apologized andgave me a coupon for a free pretzel. They couldn't do anything else because it is a franchise. Read more

Hot, fresh and handmade. What's not to like. We typically get a salted pretzel with the white glaze on the side and a lemonade.... Here is one thing you must know before ordering, the employees will either get extra money out of you by upselling you or ifthat fails by increasing your drink size without your knowledge then charging you for it. When you call them on it, they dontreally even bother denying it. Read more

If you want a pretzel like those served at state fairs up north, skip this place. While served hot, they are tasteless and much... to soft. Pricey too. Read more
