Just left this place, do not ever come here and get your order. As other reviews have mentioned, quality has gone downhill and... staff is rude. Girl at the counter gave us the wrong item. Im not familiar with the names but I asked which one was the purpleone, she read off the order and I asked again if that was the purple one, she said yes, when they gave us the order they gave methe white colored drink and said it was my fault and that they couldn\'t remake the drink and that I still had to pay for it.And as i specifically laid out the conversation the other girl who took the orders mouth dropped because she knew she messed upyet they still refused and said it was my fault. I don\'t write reviews, but I don\'t tolerate thieves and people that stealand this business has employees that are crooks. I have a wide network and I will be putting this out. Read more

I?ve been going here since they opened and well I?ve been twice in the past two months and this place has gone downhill. The... staff is always rude. Always rushing you. The smoothies always have Ice in them doesn?t matter how long they blend their stuff.If you need new blenders then invest. Also the tops come off so easily. My son got the brown sugar milk boba and he was shakingit next thing you know drink all over. Fast friendly service with amazing drink choices that are as flavorful as they are various. Their boba is actually good quality... (not too hard, not too chewy) and their desserts are delicious! They also have games you can play while enjoying their food. Read more

Been following The Bloom Coffee Roaster since a year ago in their first location Rancier Killeen. Love the Bingsoo and they are... kind of big so you can even share if feel like it!! Have try their Boba milk tea from different flavors and all good. Oh anddon?t forget waffles those are super good too!! Hope to keep coming back!! My husband and I love this places drinks! And the Waffles are awesome too. They use fresh fruit. I put strawberry, banana,... whipped cream, and chocolate drizzle! They have more toppings too.
