It's over 100 degrees outside! I asked for light ice. I ordered at 4:41 it's almost 6:00 and my cup is still filled with ice!
First off if I could hit a button that says no stars I would hit it with no doubt. I went inside target to do my shoppings as... always & decided for the first time go try that Starbucks cause I haven?t had my daily coffee, I was with my uncle & grandpa,needless to say I was excited drink my favorite drink from this location. We got to their lobby, the manager & new employeeswere there talking about some training which I understand their new whatever, after they finish talking we are waiting for themto call us to get our order when this other customer sees us there waiting but proceeded to order & the worst part was that theywere ignoring the fact that we were there before that lady & they took the order like we were not there. I left this location &I will not come back. I have seen the reviews after my visit & if corporate don?t do anything this location is going to beruined sadly. Writing another review for this Starbucks location because it?s that AMAZING. The drinks they make are always on point (even... with my complicated orders). The baristas and people working there are ALWAYS so wonderful and professional (shout out to sweetSabrina who gives such heartfelt and personable customer service! <3). And I appreciate so much that they adore my pup and areso understanding when he barks at them. 5/5; my favorite Starbucks! Thank you all so much for making my coffee experience hereincredible! Update 6/13/22. I came back to give this place another chance. Once again: $9 and some odd cents into their coffers, and they... still got my coffee wrong. I want to taste the espresso! I?m Not spending time in the drive thru to just drink candy milk! ?WhenI say extra double shot espresso? I mean two more shots of espresso on top of what you already put in my drink, not that I onlywant two shots of espresso in there. Someone understood that cause they charged me extra for it. It?s definitely NOT what I got.I won?t be coming back to this particular establishment. Come on, let?s get it right.
