The manager there she is very rude I will never ever go again her attitude just in general is horrible completely ugly inside... and out if she doesn't like her job she should find another one and then when a customer asks her about something she ignoresthem and then talks about the customers with her employees right in front of the customers that ain't rude I don't know what is.While all the other employees have to wear hair nets she doesn't have to she likes to fling her hair all over the place all nextto the food without a hair net I think that is so unsanitary. The employee that was taking my food order and it checked me outwas an amazing gentleman I give him props he was very polite to everybody that was standing there that was made to stand thereor at least 20 minutes by the manager because she was more worried about getting the drive-thru orders been helping anybody inthe dining area. I just had the worst experience at this Popeyes. Im guessing the heavy set black lady at the window was the manger and she was... very confrontational. She gave me the wrong sauce so I came inside to get the right one and she started going off. I said wowsomeone has an attitude and that set her off even more so I proceeded to ask her if she is okay and is her day going that bad towhere she has to go off on me like that. I?ve never had an experience like this at this Particular location. They are almostalways perfect with their customer service and food quality. Today set that back. Read more

Popeyes - please help your employees out. The wait times are terrible at this location. Drive thru attendant was very apologetic... and kind. Food was prepared well. Waiting 20-30 min to pick up a mobile order at the drive thru bc the lobby is closed isunacceptable. Not a smart way to run your business when customers are leaving the line to go elsewhere and your employees do notseem proud when it?s run like this. Read more

Little disappointed that my Chicken sandwich was not fresh, but had been sitting in the warmer for quite awhile, Chicken patty... was pretty dried out. Should have known better when I was handed my sandwich before I got my change. Would really like theoption of taking one from the warmer, or waiting for a fresh cooked one. Waited forever for chicken tenders and apple pie. I was told 5 minutes but everything took close to 30 mins. It wasn?t until I... knocked on the door did anyone answer me (lobby was closed). They forgot the apple pie, so I had to wait even longer. Everyoneignored me by the door until The manager motioned for to me to go back through the drive thru and I didn?t want to so I keptwaiting. Popeyes is one of my spots I go to for fried chicken. As much as I like this place I didn't appreciate being given old over... cooked chicken. The crust was a very dark brown and it looked and tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Being bonein I expected it to be juicy which it wasn't, it was dried out. Although this is a rare experience for me I still gave it 4stars based on the fact it still a great place to get good fried chicken. Read more
