I placed an order through the mcdonalds app so I can use the daily deal which I chose buy 10 PC nuggets get one free deal. I... placed the order and kept asking drive thru if the deal went through. Lady seemed confused so I pulled up to the first windowand she tells me that she already pushed the button and that it was my issue that i placed the order wrong she then chuckles andI move to the final window to see if I can speak to the next window associate and the manager was there and I try pleaded mycase to maybe see if I can still get the deal. An older woman manager, listened to my situation and replied "oh so you want meto pay for it?" And seemed uninterested in rectifying the situation. She tried charging me again for a new 10 piece nuggets andafter that i was done and left. I almost didnt wanna take my food. My wife was on the phone speaker and couldn't believe it aswell. I was appalled by the whole thing and shocked. I have experience in the food industry and understand lunch time can bebusy but to recieve that kind of reply was definitely uncalled for. The unnecessary attitude I received was insulting. I lefthome a little fired up not gonna lie. Absolute poor service and the way things were handled were unprofessional. I purchased over $40.00 of Breakfast food and did receive the hash brown with any of the orders. So I went back and had to wait... to get the hash browns, again. Mcdonald's get your quality of service, back on track!!! Read more

Manager was very active in serving customers directly and in directing her employees to offer even better customer service. Food... was hot and fresh and her demeanor and attitude was very warm and welcoming and appreciative of her customers. The restaurantwas clean and being cleaned the entire time we were there. We had a warm delicious cinnamon roll for dessert and my companionsaid it was the best thing he had ever put in his mouth. Read more
Came to get food on Easter Sunday as we?re out and about. During the time in the drive thru there was 3 other vehicles a head of... me and 2 more behind me. In today's world you usually get the average customer service from most places. I have to give a major shout out to the Mgr.... Devon (?) and an extremely pleasant worker, Elliona (sp ?).
