I went to the drive-through order to 9 piece wings they gave me a 6 piece they didn't give me my cookie they gave me some old... wings after waiting in the drive-through for 10 minuthen when I went in there and asked for some new ones that's when I noticedthey only gave me 6 instead of 9 Because the cashier said he said he wants 6 more new wings and I said it's supposed to be at 9Pshe looked at me and said well did you eat 3 I said no I just came through the drive-through and then the manager came up andstarted to try to charge me saying that I didn't pay for the meal and then didn't apologize and gave me attitude when sherealized it was her mistake or should I say team mates mistake. Once I started to eat I noticed that the food tastes funny likeit had too much breading, so the meat wasn't able to be cooked all the way. I just threw it all away, if you want bad serviceand to waste your money and time this is a perfect place to come enjoy. Yeah, Golden Chick rocks the tenders. The chicken was moist and well seasoned, and the breading was light and crisp. So yummy... and not overwhelming. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, definitely paying them a visit next time I'm in TX. Read more
slow workers, lazy workers, they were busy while we were there and it slowed down.. The workers didn't clean the dining room or... put ice in the machine. we spend $56 and couldn't get Free ice cream. The machine wasn't working. we waited 30 minutes for ourfood. Read more
Their tenders have a great balance, not to crispy, not too soft. I think their rolls are great also.
I am so disappointed in this store because it's not like it was when I first moved here. Almost 7 years ago and it's been my go... to because no matter what my food was on point, now they are lazy and don't care about anything but getting you out as soon asthey can! Every time I go now I get a wrong order and you can't call because they won't pick up the phone, I ordered a familyfry with gravy and 2 small drinks, I received a half empty box of frys with half burnt okra and a family of green beans and twosmall drinks Almost 20$ ! I am going to have to find a new place to go. Read more
Great place, hard working staff. The. Chicken, whether you like bone-in or boneless, is really good. The tender are some of the... biggest I've seen in this area so be careful how many you order haha. The great news is they taste awesome even as leftovers,and that actually came from experience. Probably just this one but the food was subpar, I had the BBQ wings and they were good jist basically oversauced but I guess... that's better than no sauce. The dirty rice looked like it was the leftovers from the bottom of the pan and they didn't evenbother filling up the cup it was in but I suppose that was okay because it was soggy,burnt, and tasteless anyway. The drivethrough girl appeared to have an attitude but I had to get back to work and didn't have time to address it or care.
