The owner responded to my previous review. Overall the customer service was good but it wasn?t the best experience. As stated... before both my drink and my friends drink were WATERED DOWN when we got them. Either they had too much ice or too much water inthem. We didn?t ask for ?more liquor? like the owner stated in my friends review. We just asked to get another drink madebecause it was already watered down when we got them. My reasoning for waiting to tell the bartender was that I didn?t want tooffend her due to both of us not liking our drinks. They didn?t taste good. Obviously we talked to the bartender about the issuebut we just paid for the drinks mine included which I didn?t even drink because it didn?t taste good. It tasted like water withliquor and a bit of lime. This was my 2nd time at this place and the first time I went was a great experience. This time, not somuch but it?s fine I just won?t be going back and I?ll let others know my experience. The food was alright but I ordered a regular margarita and my drink tasted like water and liquor hardly any lime. I waited for... my food to come out before letting the bartender know about my drink. I was worried that she could be upset or bothered in casebecause I didn?t like my drink so I waited so nothing would happen to my food. Instead of making me another drink she said shewas going to charge me to make a second drink when I didn?t drink the first one. She stated she tasted the drink before she gaveit to me and that it was ?strong? but I didn?t think it was good even before the ice melted. Usually it isn?t an issue when Iget a drink that doesn?t taste good and ask for another one but at this place it was. So I got charged for a margarita thatdidn?t taste good, I didn?t drink, and was still on my tab. Not the best experience. FYI I waited to tell the bartender about mydrink because both my friend AND I DIDNT like our drinks. He said his Long Island tasted watered down when he got it and mymargarita tasted watered down when I tasted it so I didn?t want the bartender to get offended by letting her know that we bothdidn?t like our drinks. My experience is I order wings in which was very greasy. I ordered two drinks. One regular margarita and one long Island. Both... drinks tasted like water down drinks with a lot of ice. I told the bartender about the drinks. Instead of making me anotherdrink she wanted to charge me for another drink and charge me for the drinks that I didn't drink. Not the best experience. Its a fun place but you absolutely HAVE to check your tab before you pay. Been here 5 times in the last year or so and literally... every single time other peoples stuff gets put on my tab to the point I am starting to wonder if its not a mistake. True totheir name they have some fun games so if you bring a group you can have a good time. The drinks are not the cheapest but theyhave created a nice environment to have fun in. Read more

I did not catch the name of the female Barista that made my drink, but it was absolutely incredible. I would recommend anyone... who comes to this place looking for a strong drink at a reasonable price that would get you on the level that you need to be. Idid not stay to enjoy any of the other amenities in the bar except for the alcoholic beverage that I had. I had one drink thatwas so amazing that I would be more than willing to come to this establishment again to have a single drink that would boost mynightcap.
