Best eating out experience in Harker Heights that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. The customer service is just phenomenal Alec... was amazing!!! The way the restaurant works is super fast. I ordered and we didn't even get to the drinks and are food wasready. I was shocked. So quick. They are all very polite, courteous, and nice. Seamus was the first person I saw and he was soawesome. They messed up my order, I called. Manager told me to compensate for my troubles he'd throw a few coupons for 2 free meals into... the mail for the mess up. Never got the coupons. Edit to revise After following up with their response & filling out whatneeded to be filled out, I was contacted immediately (Dec 1) by a manager named Kevin. Kevin apologized for both inconveniences& advised he would send the coupons out himself right away. It is December 3 and I have received the coupons as promised. Iunderstand mistakes happen but as much as everyone calls out the bad, I am happy to recognize the good. Kevin followed throughand I give him high praise for making good on his word. Read more
