I've avoided sharing this about the Harker Heights location but today put me in a bad mood. I come to this location frequently... because I live close by and today I was really thirsty and hungry from not eating all day. Usually around 3:30-4pm they arealways out of the refreshers so I today asked if they were out vs. them telling me they're out. I was shocked they had oneflavor available still. I also ordered two (2) orders of the plain mini bagels I like even though they are overpriced. So Ipaid $10 for a large drink and two orders of the mini bagels and made the mistake of checking my order when I got back to workfrom my lunch break. To my surprise I find two (2) orders of the mini omelets instead of the bagels. I was so hungry that Ijust went ahead and ate them even though it was cold. I was really looking forward to them because I like them but most timesthe don't even have them towards the end of the day. This location needs to get their act together because I've been visitingthe nearby Taco Bell more often because it's cheaper and I don't think they have ever told me their out of stock on somethingthat they advertise. BTW, as you can see on my receipt, it shows what I ordered but still was given the wrong food item. Igave this location two stars because I still ate the food lol. Read more

Worse customer service I have had in years. Me and my son came and waited 7 minutes and no one had said hello or attempted to... take our order. No one else was inside and there were 3 cars in the drive through and 4 visible workers. We left and went toStarbucks. This was ridiculous. Read more

How something can be simultaneously burned and rubbery soft at the same time is a new feat that only THIS Dunkin location has... managed to achieve. As someone who is from the east coast and grew up on DD, this location in Harker Heights has to be theabsolute worst I?ve ever had the misfortune of wasting money at. There hasn?t been a single time where they have rememberedcream cheese when a bagel & cream cheese is ordered & we have not had to go back to the counter and ask for it again? Theseasonal donuts are ALWAYS ?sold out?. The cashiers have never once had a good attitude, today they were simply asked what kindof breakfast meats they had in a wake up wrap, and the deadpan, eye rolling reply of ?sausage? bacon? turkey sausage?? shouldhave been ended with a ?duh? with the amount of expressionless teenage sarcasm dripping from the end of the sentence. We alsoordered a cold brew coffee with 1 light splash of a flavor. Iced coffee came as a syrup drink with a splash of coffee. Even thelabel said ?2 pumps? of whatever flavor? they don?t listen very well do they? The bagel was probably the worst I?ve ever eatenfrom there, and I order a bagel at every dunkin I patron. It tasted like unmixed yeast, burned everything topping, cold rubbertire, & soured cream cheese all at the same time, which I never thought was possible! Do yourself a favor, drive to anotherdonut shop? ANY OTHER donut shop, anywhere in the whole tri-state area just to be certain you avoid this horrible excuse for ashop. This store alone gives the whole Dunkin chain a bad name. Hopefully they open a better one in Temple, TX & shut this onedown, or fire everyone on staff and start over trying to salvage their reputation here. Read more

Extremely poor service and I'm an avid customer of Dunkin all over the country. I just requested a refund instead of continuing... to wait on my drink.. I was driving 25 minutes to come here as it's closest to me but I won't be back. I'll wait until I'mpassing thru Dallas or Austin. Read more

This is what we get when everyone needs help: Places tolerate bad employees. And this place is the epitome of that. Went to the... drive thru and they greeted me by saying "Welcome to Olive Garden." That's fine, I can handle a little goofiness. But theyfollowed by not taking my order serious. Everything I said they were like "You want what?" "So you want vanilla, and vanilla?"(there was no vanilla anything involved). I left, wrote in and corporate said someone from the franchise would contact me withintwo days. Three days later no emails or calls. So I write back. A few hours later the franchise calls and leaves a message "MyDM assured me he tried to contact you." So bad employees, and either a lying DM to them or a store worker lying to me, sinceagain I have no missed calls or emails. Sad because Baskin Robbins ice cream is great, and Dunkin coffee apparently is prettygood. But not worth bad employees. Read more

Employees were not that friendly, was handed a cup of ice with about 3 sips of coffee in it (for a medium) and waited 5 minutes... for a lemonade after being told several other drinks were out. Underwhelming as it's the nearest dunkin to me after moving fromthe northeast. Update: I gave them another go and it was worse? I ordered online, there's no swirl in my "cold brew" it tastesbitter and there's grounds in it. I used to work at dunkin so I'm well aware that if the cold brew bag busted you shouldn't beserving it Read more

They never have anything, ingredients, donuts, cups, the frozen coffee machine is always broken. Definitely the worst coffee... spot and worst Dunkin in the area! With all the competition coming in you would think they would step their game up and at leasthave cups for hot and cold coffee! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND even waisting your time coming here. This is what they gave me at the window. When they took my order they never told me the ice machine was down. I had to get off... and ask them about it . I asked for a refund and I didn?t get it because they were already helping other people. I know it?s notthe workers fault they need more staff on busy days. I had to go to Starbucks and get ice for my coffee!! Read more
