I?m pretty dissatisfied with this place. I?ve really only ever ordered breakfast and that has always been delicious. However, I... primarily use DoorDash or Grubhub to get it delivered. This restaurant has the WORST delivery service conduct I?ve everexperienced in my life. There have been multiple times, too many to count truly, where I order food, wait an hour, then get toldmy food won?t be delivered because the restaurant is closed. If you?re closed for holidays you should make sure your Google pagereflects that and your delivery page reflects that, like most restaurants do. Then, again on multiple occasions, I?ve ordered amuffin and received something completely different without being contacted. The first time this happened, I wasn?t contacted andreceived what I thought was my order. I took a bite and could taste the cinnamon immediately, which I?m allergic to, and had togo take some of my medicine before it got out of control. They should really be careful with this before someone seriously getshurt. I?ve tried to leave multiple reviews on different services before I come to Google and do this, but this place needs someserious help. Read more

Tried the large cornbeef sub and cannoli from bite the bagel cafe today. The sub was pretty good but I didn't like the cannoli.... Absolutely amazing. We took our daughter their for her birthday lunch today and she ordered the lox and cream cheese bagel... sandwich (she was a bit scared to try it) she fell in love with it on first bite. Said it was the best thing she ever had. Mywife and I split the cheesesteak sub sandwich and oh em ghee wad that sub magnificent. So so yummy. The meat in it was perfect.The bread was so just fresh and tasty . I got a specialty Frappuccino and the owner helped me make the perfect choice even madeit somewhat sugar free.. (the Frappuccino powder is not sugar free but the rest was) it was the perfect drink. We had aBlueberry crumble muffin it was so moist and delicious. Everything was excellent. The conversation was excellent, the helpwas excellent, the whole experience was excellent.. we got some bagels and a cookie to go and let me tell you $13 for a bakersdozen of freshly made wonderfully tasting bagels and a huge cookie , how can u beat that? U can't bcuz those bagels are to diefor! This placeis a MUST TRY!!!! I'D GIVE THEM 10 STARS IF I COULD. SURE WISH WE HAD ONE IN TEMPLE! This was the first time their cheese steak was gross the meat was thrown on the sub barely any meat or cheese tasted stale

Everything is bigger in Texas except the New Yorker from bite the bagel. Pitiful amount of pastrami on this so called sub... sandwich. Taste was ok but not what I expected. It was like a kids meal sandwich. Jasons deli knows how to make a pastrami orcorned beef sandwich. Maybe a breakfast option on a bagel but definitely not a sub or sandwich. The cashier was cold and I thinkI was interrupting her day. It was about 40 minutes to closing and they were breaking down but just a poor attitude. Notimpressed. Read more

I had to give them a chance to redeem themselves. What sold me was the outstanding customer service and attentiveness given to... each customer. I thought I loved the red velvet cupcake but that carrots cake cupcake made me want to invest in stock options.It was it overly crowded space was good and the atmosphere was clean and neat. I wish I could afford to eat here daily but thatisn?t realistic. Keep doing what your doing and know that your efforts are not noticed.
